Unlike other large online retailers, if there is any problem with your order and you contact us within 7 business days, we will issue you a free return shipping label. Some restrictions may apply. This includes returns, exchanges, and refunds for cases, systems, high quantity orders, and large volume items (this list is not inclusive). Additionally, if you want to exchange your order we will gladly ship you a replacement immediately and give you a free return shipping label for the accidental or defective item. For cross shipping, we must charge for the merchandise being shipped. A refund for the original order will be issued upon receipt of the original item. Shipping labels are only provided within the continental United States.
